If the mistake is our fault (quality, color or size) we will make it right. If we can't make it right, we will refund your purchase 100% (and cover return shipping costs).
We guarantee our dresses 100% for quality and made to measurements taken.
Please note that our dresses go through a minimum of 4 quality checks before being shipped out and you receive your dress.
Any custom wedding dresses include photos of your wedding dress during production. Allowing you to see the quality through the process.
IMPORTANT: Any issues need to be reported within 3 days of receiving your wedding dress. There are no exceptions to this rule.
What happens if you change your mind and want to return your wedding dress?
We get it, ordering a wedding dress is a BIG decision and we don't take it lightly you want it to be PERFECT.
Our return policy is as follows for wedding dresses without quality or fit issued (that are NOT Smarter Bridals fault):
Custom Wedding Dress with Custom Measurements - non-refundable
Replica Wedding Dress with Custom Measurements - non-refundable
Stock Wedding Dresses with Custom Measurements -non-refundable
Because we want you to be beyond thrilled with your wedding dress, we like to point the following before ordering from Smarter Bridal. We provide quality photographs of all our dresses, but colors can vary slightly depending on your monitors display and the nature of the specific fabric.
Please confirm your order (right size, color, style) carefully before you decide to place the order. All the orders are processed according to your order confirmation, if you placed the wrong order (for example selected incorrect color, size and so on), you will be disappointed with the dress.
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. (The length of dress may vary by approximately two inches of the specified measurements). To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our seamstresses have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.
Needing some alterations is to be expected with your wedding dress (even with custom sizes). We suggest finding a local seamstress who has wedding dress alteration experience.

Wedding Dress Insurance, allows brides to return their unworn wedding dress in its original condition with no questions asked (excluding the wedding dress insurance fee and return shipping over $25 to TX). This optional coverage ensures that brides can confidently order their wedding dress from Smarter Bridal with a worry-free experience.
The fee for Wedding Dress Insurance is $100 for stock wedding dresses and $150 for custom designed wedding dresses.
This fee is a non-refundable and optional add-on to your wedding dress purchase.
By purchasing wedding dress insurance you can return your wedding dress for a full refund (minus the cost of the wedding dress insurance and return shipping over $25 to our Studio in TX)
